Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place within the country (Germany) and to the following countries: EU, Switzerland, UK.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within the country (Germany): 

We do not charge any shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

EU wide, UK 19.99
Switzerland Austria Free

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) takes place within 3 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
